Q. When is your store open?

A.  Our Superstore and Mail Order Distribution Centre is open Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9.30am - 5pm and Sundays 10.30am - 4.30am. We are only closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and 1st and 2nd January.

Q.  When will my order be delivered?

A.  Mainland Britain deliveries could take 3 - 5 working days using our Standard Delivery Service. Highlands and Islands may take a little longer. Our Courier Company will advise you of the anticipated delivery slot by text or e-mail.

Q.  What if I am not available to sign for the goods?

A. It is OK to request your goods be left in a safe place. e.g. Garden shed or greenhouse. However this is done at your own risk. There is a "special instructions" box when completing your on-line order.

Q.  How do I return or exchange my goods?

A.  Please complete the Returns Form sent with your order and return the goods in its original packaging with all relevant labels.When using the Post Office please ensure that you have sufficient compensation cover to the value of the goods returned.  If you wish a different size sent to you it will be despatched without charge.

Q. How quickly will I receive a refund?

A.  The refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods, provided the goods are in a satisfactory condition.

Q. How do I know which size to order?

A.  Jodhpurs are measured by waist size. Links regarding Information and Size charts relating to Body Protectors, Long Boots, Rugs etc.can be found on the website.

Q.  How do I obtain advice regarding a purchase?

A.  Please feel free to contact one of our advisors during normal working hours, as stated above, by phoning 01563 851870 or by e-mail to : info@jetsetequestrian.com or using the web contact form.

Q. What if an item is out of stock?

A.  If it is temporarily out of stock we will contact you within 7 days to advise the estimated despatch date. We can provide a partial delivery service if one or more items ordered are required urgently. If we have a similar product at a similar price available we may contact you and offer an alternative.

Q. Can Jet Set refuse to supply goods ordered ?

A. Yes Jet Set may refuse to supply an order if it is of an exceptional large value or very heavy items or if it is a low value or heavy items to be delivered to Highlands or Islands or other offshore destination.
