With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If the goods are not the correct size and you want an exchange then return them and we will send them out free of charge. If you wish a refund then we will provide a refund on receipt of the goods back in our hands. A full refund of the cost of the goods will be given. We suggest that you use the Post Office for returning unwanted items or goods to be exchanged. TopChop Lite is a natural product made from alfalfa, oat straw, a light dressing of cold-pressed linseed oil and real mint. TopChop Lite contains no added molasses or any other sugar coating.
TopChop Lite is of similar nutritional value to average quality hay but contains less sugar. The composition and fine texture of this product make it ideal for horses and ponies prone to, being treated for, and recovering from laminitis. It is suitable for all horses and ponies and perfect for good-doers and others prone to weight gain.
The formula for TopChop Lite was tested and developed at the Middle Park Equine Research Centre and has been approved by the nutritional team for use in all horses. However they recommend that horses and ponies needing to gain weight, and all breeding stock, would gain greater benefit from TopChop Alfalfa.
In combination, TopChop Lite and TopSpec AntiLam make an ideal complete feed for horses and ponies prone to, being treated for or recovering from laminitis.
