Most deliveries should occur the next day after despatch day and final uplifts are likely to be 3.30pm each day. Delivery time scales will vary with Postcode/Country areas.

For all deliveries we prefer a recipient signature. If you want your parcel left without a signature please confirm this in the Special Instructions ‘Box’
Customers have the legal right to return unwanted goods with 14 days of receipt. We would request all goods returned have the original packaging and labels with the goods and must be unused and unsoiled.
Jet Set Saddlery and Countrywear and www.jetsetequestrian.com reserve the right to deliver goods up to 28 days after the order has been submitted. We do not guarantee to have all items offered for sale in stock at all times. Suppliers can be temporarily out of stock. Every effort will be taken to keep customers informed if there is to be a delay of more than say 7 days before an order can be despatched.
Jet Set reserve the right not to supply any order. Examples would be an exceptional large value or heavy weight order or a heavy and or low value order to Highlands and Islands or or other off shore destination.
